Returns:

We value your business and want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept a return of any regular priced items within 14 days for a store credit or store exchange (store credits never expire).

To be eligible for a store credit or store exchange, items should be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items or any item purchased with a discount/promo code, cannot be returned and are a FINAL SALE!

How to return/exchange an online purchase:

If you would like to exchange or get issued a store credit from an online purchase you must let us know within the 14 days of receiving the package via email at modapparelgirls@gmail.com. We will then send you return instructions. Remember in order to return an item it must NOT be worn, washed, or damaged and must have all original tags and packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the status of your store credit or store exchange. Once approved, your store credit or store exchange will be processed.

All return and exchange shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

MOD Apparel is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs. If an order is refused and returned to us due to unpaid duties or taxes, return shipping fees will be deducted from the issued store credit. No refunds are provided, all returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only, in accordance with our return policy. 

We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering if you are unsure about potential charges.
